Treasured recipes from the Country Women's Association of NSW The Country Women's Association of NSW is proud to release a new edition of the popular Country Classics cook book. Originally released in 1998, Country Classics offers a mixture of old and new recipes, from scrumptious savouries to delectable desserts. The book boasts a collection of over 270 recipes sent in from all over New South Wales by a cross-section of our 11,000 members, generously sharing their tried and true recipes.
