Email: noela@tadaust.org.au Have you ever felt alone? If you have you will appreciate the work of the Hospital Visiting Committee. It consists of CWA members that visit patients in hospital providing them with packs that may be of use during their stay. The Committee members offer friendship and support to patients, in particular patients from rural areas that may not have families in Sydney. The Committee works with most major hospitals and is on hand to visit patients across Sydney when required. The Committee is always on the lookout for volunteers that would like to join them in providing comfort and support to patients across Sydney. Please advise the Committee of any country members in metropolitan hospitals. Send donated goods to Head Office, marked 'Hospital Visiting'. |
